FAQ
Who can buy wholesale?
Print farms, resellers, schools, makerspaces and product companies ordering 49 spools or more at a time. Apply with the form; approval usually takes one business day.
Can I mix materials and colours to reach a tier?
Yes. The tier is set by the total number of spools in the order across any mix.
Why can I not order 500 or 1,000 spools online?
At that size we confirm colour stock before accepting the order so one purchase does not clear a shade for other customers. Download the order form, fill it in and email it to support@numakers.com — you get a confirmed allocation within a business day.
What are the payment terms?
Card or ACH at checkout. Ask your rep about invoice terms after your second order.
How fast does it ship?
In-stock orders leave our Richmond, VA warehouse within 1–3 business days by ground. Factory Direct runs take 4–5 weeks.
